Heart & Vasculature carries 10–14% of the exam and Breast 1–2%, so they do not get the same week. Every specialty's share of your time is proportional to its weight in the content map.
Question targets you can actually hit
Targets assume about a minute per question including reading the explanation — the median pace of people genuinely working through the bank, not an aspiration.
Honest about what it leaves out
If your exam is four weeks away, no plan covers 694 topics. This one covers the heaviest-weighted areas properly and tells you exactly which specialties it skipped, and what share of the exam they represent.
